About Me[edit | edit source]

Hello!

My name is Krysten Mykaela Ritchey and I am a Wiki Missionary as of July 5, 2017. I was born and raised in Arizona. I grew up in Eloy, Arizona and moved to Gilbert when I was older. I recently got married to my best friend, Tanner, and am looking forward to being sealed in January. Although we don't yet have kids, I have three awesome siblings: Joshua, Miley, and Lauren-Cinnamon that I just adore. Since I got married, I have also inherited 19 nieces and nephews with number 20 on the way! My husband and I cannot wait to add to the mix.

My Conversion[edit | edit source]

On October 8, 2016 I was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints! I absolutely love learning about the gospel and church history. My first calling in the church was a family and temple history committee member where I discovered a love for family history and the amazing things I could learn about my family. During this time is when I found an interest in becoming a Wiki Missionary and starting researching this awesome opportunity!

In my family ward now, My husband and I get the awesome opportunity to serve as primary teachers and teach the youth about this great work. Which is very cool as a convert to learn primary lessons and songs.

Hobbies and Activities[edit | edit source]

I love to play the cello and am working on mastering my favorite song, I Need Thee Every Hour. I played the string bass for eight years through my childhood and am loving adding my orchestra abilities.

My husband and I are learning to speak Irish as a hobby to add to our language knowledge. I am an advanced speaker of Spanish- but not quite fluent yet.
