Remove "Welcome to Arkansas, the Natural State" heading?[edit source]

I wonder whether it would be a good idea to remove the abovementioned heading from this page. The page already has a title "Arkansas" above. This heading makes the page feel like a tourism site. I think that'll contribute to the page's bounce rate -- the number of users who come to the page, realize it's not what they want, and bounce off to another site. A state's motto "The Volunteer State," etc. doesn't seem to lend genealogical value, so I wonder if we should nix these redundant "titles" on state pages to free up the initial screen for genealogically valuable information that is otherwise pushed further down on the page?
