Remove "Welcome to Arkansas, the Natural State" heading?[edit source]

I wonder whether it would be a good idea to remove the abovementioned heading from this page. The page already has a title "Arkansas" above. This heading makes the page feel like a tourism site. I think that'll contribute to the page's bounce rate -- the number of users who come to the page, realize it's not what they want, and bounce off to another site. A state's motto such as "The Volunteer State" or others don't seem to lend genealogical value, so I wonder if we should nix these redundant "titles" on state pages to free up the initial screen for genealogically valuable information that is otherwise pushed further down on the page? Start of a good article about Arkansas.  There are some spacing problems between section.  This article needs citations added.  There are several red links in the Early Migration Routes section.

Please address these needs so that we can consider using this article as a featured article on the main page.
