This category is for families with ancestors from Ulster, Ireland. Most were protestant Irish, but a large minority were also people who moved from Scotland to Ulster, and usually associated with Presbyterianism. The Scots-Irish moved from Ireland to many other nations, especially colonial America and Canada.
