How to do a new talk page[edit source]
Usage of Jnobbie in opening sentence[edit source]
Jnobbie shouldn't be used in opening sentences for U.S. county pages. It may interfere with search engine optimization and confuse Google. Wiki Governance Council has just tasked me with adding the term "ancestry" to all of these statements on U.S. county pages.
County Transfer project[edit source]
Hi, Jeanette, I notice on Izard Co, AR that you corrected the statement regarding History Timelines. At first, I was going to ask you not to make those changes, but an idea came to me about how your corrections can be kept by the program. Please feel free to continue fixing the <ref area for the History Timeline on any county. Just be sure not to change the wording before the <ref. I'm very pleased with your improvements, and so glad I'm not asking you to stop. AdkinsWH 04:51, 14 February 2016 (UTC)
Oops! Now I noticed that the History Timeline heading and the statement "Emphasis....." has been placed BELOW the actual timeline. Do you mind moving that heading and statement above the timeline? That will make the program work just fine. Thanks, Jeanette!AdkinsWH 05:08, 14 February 2016 (UTC)
You backed out all my changes to Taylorsville FHC Wiki! (3 months worth)[edit source]
I'm sure you didn't mean to do this, but you have backed out all my changes to my new Family History Center (in Taylorsville at SLCC Institute) last night Nov 7th. I am the director of this family history center, and have rights to edit my own Wiki page. You have inadvertently set it back to the original generic version.
So I will attempt to revert back to my latest changes which was 2 hours before you reverted out all my changes. Please call to clarify your intentions.
THANK YOU Jon Thomas director of Taylorsville UT Multi-Stake Family History Center at SLCC Redwood Institute ut_taylorsvilleSLCC@familyhistorymail.org 801-718-9772
I'm sorry! I didn't know! jnobbie
