Talk:Sandy Utah Crescent South Family History Center

From FamilySearch Wiki

Dear Sandy Crescent South Family History Center (Director):

I would direct your attention to the Guiding Principles and Policies articles on the FamilySearch Research Wiki.

Here are some suggestions on how to bring your page into compliance:

There should be a link from the Sandy Utah page, if there is not please add it so that Sandy research is primary, and using your center as a resource is secondary.

I recognize that your page is a work is progress, so all I want to do is suggest some ways to strengthen it.  What resources do you have that are unique that would aid folks doing Sandy research?  List those.

We want to avoid the Wiki turning into an advertising page for each FHC.

Reason for article deletion[edit source]

This article is about a subject outside the scope of this wiki. If the Sandy Utah Crescent South Family History Center has any specific local resources for research then these should be listed in the article about the locality. --Steve 07:33, 2 September 2009 (UTC)

Delete the Page[edit source]

I'm completely fine with this page being deleted.  I only created it at the suggestion of someone who is involved in the creation of the Wiki.  As far as I know, having a page for FHCs was experimental anyway.

Thanks for your work on the Wiki!
