Purpose of Quick Research Links[edit source]

When I look at this article I'm trying to understand if there is any order to the way the links are presented or if it's just a random list of links. Please help me understand why this page is needed. I'm not questioning the content itself, just the way it is presented. Did FamilySearch once publish such a list in paper form? --Steve (talk| contribs) 12:23, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
