The Kansas Historical Society in Topeka will search the newspaper for a fee.  They will take phone orders with a visa.  A written query should be sent to the Kansas State historical society, Att: Reference, 6425 South West 6th Ave, Topeka 66615-1099.   Their newspaper films through interlibrary loan was free, for a three week period (includes shipping) and time extensions were not renewable.
