'''Riley Plantation''' is an extinct [[Maine Plantations|plantation]], now an unorganized territory ([[Maine townships|township]]) in the North Oxford townships of Oxford County, Maine. Riley Plantation was organized for tax purposes from Township Letter A Number 1 (TA1) (also known as Ketchum) by 1851, and more formally again in 1879. By 1893 Riley Plantation was being taxed as "wild lands." Since then it has been unorganized territory.<ref name="CCTPM">Maine Historical Records Survey Project, Division of Professional and Service Projects, Work Projects Administration, ''Counties, Cities, Towns, and Plantations of Maine: a Handbook of Incorporations, Dissolutions, and Boundary Changes'' (Portland, Maine: The Survey, 1940), 102 (digital p. 111).
