LOPHAM, NORTH (St. Andrew), a parish, in the union and hundred of Guilt-Cross, W. division of Norfolk, 4 miles (S. E.) from East Harling; There is a place of worship for Wesleyans. 
North Lopham, originally dedicated to St Andrew but now dedicated to St Nicholas is an Ancient Parish in the Diocese of Norwich.
The tower was completed in 1526
