  • Independent Battery A, Kentucky Light Artillery (Union)
    Organized at Camp Joe Holt, Kentucky, from Louisville Legion July, 1861, as Stone's Battery, and mustered in at Camp Muldraugh's Hill, Kentucky, September 27, 1861
    Duty at San Antonio, Texas, and at Victoria, Texas, until November. Mustered out November 17, 1865.
  • Independent Battery C, Kentucky Light Artillery (Union)
    Commenced organizing at Lebanon, Kentucky, May, 1863. Morgan's attack on Lebanon, Kentucky, July 3, 1863. Battery captured. Reorganized at Louisville, Kentucky, September 10, 1863.
    Ordered to Little Rock, Arkansas, and post duty there until July. Mustered out July 26, 1865.
  • Independent Battery E, Kentucky Light Artillery (Union)
    Organized at Camp Nelson, Kentucky, October to December, 1863. Attached to District of North Central Kentucky, 1st Division, 23rd Army Corps, Dept. of Ohio, to November, 1863. District of Somerset, Kentucky, 1st Division, 23rd Army Corps, to January, 1864. District of Southwest Kentucky, Dept. of Ohio, to April, 1864. 4th Brigade, 1st Division, District of Kentucky, 5th Division, 23rd Army Corps, to December, 1864. Garrison, Lexington, Kentucky, District of Kentucky, to August, 1865.
    Duty at Lexington and Camp Nelson, Kentucky, until August, 1865. Mustered out August 1, 1865.
