Guam is an unincorporated and organized territory of the United States in the Pacific Ocean whose nearest neighbors are the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and Papua New Guinea. It was formerly ruled by Spain. The official languages are English and Chamorro.[1]
