Danville was charatered on October 31, 1786 by the Vermont Legislature. Villages and hamlets in Danville include: Danville, Greenbank Hollow, Harvey's Hollow (formerly South Danville), North Danville, and West Danville. The population was 2,196 at the 2010 census. [1] [2]
