Brief History[edit | edit source]

Barkhamsted is a town in Litchfield County, Connecticut and contains six villages, West Hill, Mallory, Center Hill, Washington Hill, Pleasant Valley and Riverton. Barkhamsted was named after Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, England.
